Thanksgiving Orders

We are so thankful for you and want to be a part of your celebrations this year! Make Thanksgiving easy (and yummy) by buying our tender, flavorful, delightful turkeys, as well as other meat options and sides. Seriously, our crew and fans sing the praise of #TheTurkey all year long. We love to see people try it for the first time, amazed that our Smoked Turkey Breasts don’t taste like the Thanksgiving Turkeys they grew up eating (no hate for the big traditional bird).

A few things to note:

  • Each Turkey breast is around 3-4.5 lbs and we sell by the breast, so exact weight cannot be guaranteed, but we work hard to get you what you want

  • We recommend a half pound of meat per person, so that means each turkey breast feeds 6-9 people if it is your only protein.

  • You can pick up your order on Wednesday, Nov 26, during opening hours (11-9) or Thanksgiving Day, 8:00-11:00.

  • The last day to place Thanksgiving orders is Saturday, Nov 22.

  • Payment isn’t needed until pickup because we charge by the exact weight of what you receive.

  • All meat is hot, UNSLICED, and ready for you to slice at your gathering. We’ll give you slicing instructions if needed.

  • If you are enjoying your Turkey at a later date and would prefer it cold, please let us know, and we can have it vacuum-sealed and chilled for you.

Smoked Turkey Breast, 3.5-5 pounds each, $15.75 per pound
Smoked Ham, about 8 pounds each, $10 per pound
Whole Brisket, 7-9 pounds each, $25.50 per pound
Smoked Mac & Cheese, $70 half pan (feeds 20)
Smoked Green Beans, $60 half pan (feeds 20)
Smoked Dirty Rice, $60 half pan (feeds 20)
Blackberry Rum Sauce Bread Pudding, $70 (feeds 20)
