Paul Pettefer- Head Pitmaster

If you ask Paul why he loves to cook barbecue, Paul will say that he likes learning new skills but more importantly, he loves making new friends. Paul is not only the head Pitmaster, he is the head of the Fun Department and CFO- Chief Friendmaking Officer. He is indeed the Bishop of Barbecue.

Silas Washington- Pitmaster

Silas is the mastermind behind many of our dishes, from the Turkey Pot Pie to the Gouda Burger. He’s the miracle-worker of the restaurant, always solving problems and cooking up something amazing! His wife, Amelia, and adorable children Holland and Elias are some of our favorite people!

Hannah Pettefer- Marketing Leader

Hannah wears a few hats- from first rib taste-tester to counter service crew to now marketing leader. She spearheads events, social media, and marketing for the restaurant. Eight years later, she’s still excited to eat barbecue. As Paul’s oldest daughter, she’s happy to follow in his footsteps.
